The 1500 years old cistern offers different menus in a unique historical atmosphere from Byzance to Ottoman kitchen, from Turkish kitchen to modern tastes.

Special Wines from Alacati

Alacati is a town near Cesme, South of Izmir (Western Turkey, Aegean Coast) and  has the ideal microclimate for viniculture. Merlot and Sultan grapes grown in Ovacik which has insolation by gum tree’s branches used to produce limited number of wine without filtering as conventional methods.
